If I've told you once, I've told you a thousand* times -This catchphrase is often used to scold a child. It stands for "I mean what I say", "Stop ignoring me and listen to what I say" or "You are not paying attention to me and I have to tell you this again, and again, and again, and I hope this time you will understand"
The word thousand* can be replaced by any other number.
Doctor to patient: If I've told you once, I've told you a thousand times - I do not treat amnesia cases!
